Abstract

This work aims to identify if the governance of Technological Risks generated by an industrial plant is coordinated with the participation of various social actors involved. They were diagnosed major technological risks arising from the activities of the oil industry and city gas, the risk perception of social actors involved and the relationship between these actors. Were proposed improvements identified the framework for effective participation of local actors in the desired development process and definition of acceptable risks. © 2018, revistaESPACIOS.com.
