dc.description.abstractThis workpaper discusses the necessity of a technological take-off policy implementation and raises-up some considerations on the Reverse Engineering should be contributive to the new technologies learning process. Therefore, it presents a comparative study on the high-technology development among a group of succeed nations. In common, they show a perennial investment flow in Applied Research and Development through which those nations enlarge the high technology products sharing on their Trade Balance, which calls for a gradual Economic Development. This work was based a documental and historic research. As a result, a short comparison on the Technology Development Best Practices among Brazil and other countries was presented. Besides, the research has pointed out that technological domain is widely enlarged by a continuous flow of high-technology product export. And it also highlights the strategic value of funding the learning process through Reverse Engineering and Creative Imitation as well as Research and Technology Development are supported by the Government and Funding Agencies.en
