dc.description.abstractThis article aims to identify the organization's values and the values that employees attribute to the work, relating them to organization's values expressed. The method used was a descriptive case study. The methodological approach was based on the scales of work values and organizational values. A documentary research was carried out for the survey of values manifested in the organization. The instruments were applied to a sample equivalent to 17% of the total company. Respondents are employees of administrative and productive area. The data were treated as instruments standardization. After tabulation of the instruments the results were compared with the culture expressed in the company. The results show a connection between the values attributed to work and organizational values. This relation is due to the fact that values are principles, beliefs or norms that individuals have intrinsically in their essence and not only lead their choices, but their life and perception of the world. There is a difference between the values perceived in the organizational values scale with the values preached by the organization. The organization divulge, among other values, the importance of ethics. It was found that despite the company's values are widely spread; there is a tendency to assign values which get higher results more than ethical values.
