Estudo de caso : atendimento ao laudo de vistoria do exército brasileiro em uma indústria de tintas

Abstract

Resumo: Composto por produtos das linhas imobiliária, industrial e automotiva, o setor de tintas e vernizes tem números expressivos e grande potencial para crescimento. As tintas são produtos fundamentais onde quer que se vá ou para qualquer item que se fabrique: veículos automotivos, bicicletas, equipamentos industriais, vestuário, construção civil etc., superando a marca de um bilhão de litros produzidos anualmente. Este volume coloca o Brasil como quarto produtor mundial de tintas. Entretanto, uma das principais matérias-prima na fabricação de tintas e vernizes é a nitrocelulose, sendo que a mesma é um produto altamente explosivo se não for manuseado e armazenado adequadamente. Como se não bastasse, a nitrocelulose é alvo de muitos furtos para a fabricação de bombas e explosivos caseiros. Tendo como objetivo evitar a ocorrência de acidentes e impedir a ação de criminosos no roubo de tal substância, o exército brasileiro passou a realizar inspeções mais rigorosas nas indústrias fabricantes de tintas. Cada item da inspeção deve ser atendido ou, se não for, deve ter justificativa legal para o não cumprimento. A importância do atendimento aos itens da inspeção poderá ser compreendida ao longo dos capítulos.

Abstract: Composed by product lines buildings, industrial and automotive, the sector of paints and varnishes have significant numbers and great potential for growth. Paints are fundamental products wherever we go or for any item that manufacture, automotive vehicles, bicycles, industrial equipment, clothing, construction, etc.., surpassing the mark of one billion gallons produced annually. This volume places Brazil as the fourth largest producer of paints. Meanwhile, a major raw material in the manufacture of paints and varnishes is nitrocellulose, and the same is a highly explosive if not handled and stored properly. Not only that, the nitrocellulose is the target of many thefts for the manufacture of homemade bombs and explosives. In order to avoid the occurrence of accidents and prevent the action of criminals in the theft of such a substance, Brazilian Army began to conduct more rigorous inspections in industries paint manufacturers.
