Análise das variáveis do processo produtivo : estudo das variáveis que causam falha do processo e aplicações de padrões para aumentar rendimento e controle da produção

Abstract

Resumo: As evoluções nas indústrias automobilísticas estão cada vez mais rápidas e se adaptar a estas mudanças para o crescimento da produtividade na produção estão se mostrando muito significativas. Neste aspecto, os métodos de adaptação do processo devem procurar ser mais rápidos e eficientes. Para o processo em si a melhor maneira de atingir este objetivos e pela análise dos métodos de produção e levantamento de dados para estratificar as informações para ter confiabilidade nos seus resultados Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o fluxo de produção e método de abastecimento logístico para desenvolver uma sistemática mas eficiente no processo da linha estudada, tudo utilizando-se de ferramentas de análise e estudo do processo.Com a evolução dos estudos e possível verificar , analisar e padronizar todos os trabalhos realizados na linha e garantir uma estabilidade no fluxo de processo e uma redução do lead time da linha aumentando a eficiência dos colaboradores e assegurando sua saúde ergonômica consequentemente garantindo a qualidade do produto final.

Abstract: This work provides an overview about the new trend in the auto industry: cars powered by hybrid systems. Usually formed by an electric motor and an internal combustion engine, hybrid cars combine economy and low emission of polluting gases, wich is a fundamental factor for the needing of the 21st century. But the contemporaneity model deceives. By the end of the 19th century hybrid-powered automobiles were fabricated, but the trend towards fossil fuel-driven systems predominated throughout the century and only in 1997 did the industry resume the hybrid car design. Our goal is to present how the hybrid system works, the ways of mounting, the cost-effective for the consumer and the advantages of hybrid technology in terms of gas emissions and fuel economy. In order to develop it we have done an intense bibliographic research, in electronic publications directed to the automotive market and in academic works on the subject. By that way, we gave a clear and objective picture of this technology that will be the link between polluting propulsion and systems considered clean and more economical. The hybrid system is a trend that came to stay in short and medium period. While 100% of the electric cars technology still facing problems like cost and battery life issues, the hybrid system is the most viable to fill this gap, that our actual market demands. Today the available models have maintenance costs similar to or lower than conventional models, but the price of each model in the dealers makes it less affordable for the majority of the Brazilian population.
