Tratamento fisioterapêutico em pacientes queimados : revisão integrativa

Abstract

Resumo: Introdução: As queimaduras são causadas por agentes térmicos, químicos, elétricos ou radiativos, que provocam destruição parcial e/ou total das camadas derme, epiderme e hipoderme. Afetando a aparência, a capacidade de independência. A fisioterapia atuando juntamente com uma equipe multidisciplinar oferece orientações, tratamentos pré e pós-operatórios, tratamento de sequelas em mão, face, pescoço, tronco e membros, auxiliando na amplitude de movimento e também de localizar e tratar limitações funcionais, ocasionadas pelas cicatrizes. Objetivo: Verificar os tratamentos fisioterapêuticas nas suas diferentes áreas de atuação para pacientes queimados na literatura científica. Metodologia: Foi realizado uma revisão integrativa em base de dados (PubMed e Pedro), sendo inclusos artigos de 2010 a 2020 em tratamentos evidentes fisioterapêuticos nas queimaduras. Resultados: Foram encontrados 15 artigos e selecionados nove para este estudo. Conclusão: Conclui-se que a fisioterapia é imprescindível no tratamento para esses pacientes que sofreram lesão por queimaduras.

Abstract: Introduction: Burns may be caused by thermal, chemical, electrical or even radioactive agents, which can provoke the partial or the complete destruction of the dermis, epidermis and hypodermis, also affecting aspects like appearance and the capacity of independence. The physiotherapy course jointly with a multidisciplinary team offers orientations and preoperative and postoperative treatments in injuries like hand, face, neck, trunk and members sequels, assisting on movement expansions and and also assists on the localization and the treatment of functional limitations caused by scars. Objective: check physiotherapeutic interventions on its different areas of expertise for burned patients, and also verify its scientific literature. Methodology: An integrative revision has been made based on articles sources (PubMed and Pedro) from 2010 to 2020, which were related to physiotherapeutic treatments for burns. Results: It has been found 15 (fifteen) articles, and nine of those have been selected for this investigation. Conclusions: The physiotherapy area is vital for burned patient treatments.
