Melhoria de mecanismo para movimentar laterais de carroceria no processo de armação de veiculos

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo do trabalho é caracterizar a adequação de um mecanismo para movimentar as laterais da carroceria no processo de armação de veículos. Não se trata de conceber um novo mecanismo manipulador, mas modernizar sua concepção existente, uma ação de retrofitting. Mediante uma pesquisa aplicada, a metodologia utilizada foi de pesquisa exploratória, bibliográfica e documental com abordagem qualitativa. Os resultados obtidos mostram que a melhoria do mecanismo manipulador reduziu as perturbações no processo e reduziu o tempo de ciclo do posto de trabalho de modo que o tempo de movimentação das laterais se ajustasse ao mínimo possível. Como contribuição, o trabalho explana um modelo de melhoria baseado no PDCA capaz de ser reproduzido em problemas de outra natureza.

Abstract: The objective of this work is to characterize the suitability of a mechanism to move the sides of the body in the process of Body shop of vehicles. It is not about conception a new manipulator mechanism, but modernizing its existing design, a retrofitting process. Through an applied research, the methodology used was exploratory, bibliographical and documentary research with a qualitative approach. The results show that the improvement of the manipulator mechanism reduced the disturbances in the process and reduced the cycle time of the work station so that the time of movement of the sides was adjusted to the minimum possible. As a contribution, the work explores a PDCA based improvement model that can be replicated in problems of another nature.
