A ascenção do trabalho informa : autogestão ou superexploração?

Abstract

Resumo: A presente pesquisa originou-se do interesse em aprofundar o olhar sobre a temática heterogênea da precarização do trabalho, situação presente da atividade de entregadores de comida via aplicativo. Para tanto, foram realizadas pesquisas partindo da abordagem qualitativa com entrevistas semiestruturadas e perguntas abertas realizadas com quatro trabalhadores da referida categoria que compartilharam sua realidade e percepção acerca de suas rotinas e condições de trabalho. Para o aporte teórico utilizou-se como base o método marxista materialista histórico-dialético para a apreensão de todo processo formador do que se tem como trabalho na sociedade brasileira atualmente, pois entende-se que algumas transformações presentes neste processo têm permitido alterar as dinâmicas de trabalho, constituindo ao que se convencionou chamar de nova morfologia social do trabalho, sob a qual verifica-se o aumento indiscriminado da flexibilização e precarização dos processos produtivos. Soma-se a isso a posição que o Estado vem assumindo neste sentido, ao que se verifica uma atuação articuladora aos interesses do capital. Nesta perspectiva a pesquisa obteve como resultado, a estrutura do sistema capitalista de produção como interferente direto no desmantelamento destes processos.

Abstract: The present research originated from the interest in deepening the look on the heterogeneous theme of job insecurity, the present situation of the activity of food deliverers via application. For this purpose, researches were carried out based on the qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews and open questions carried out with four workers in that category who shared their reality and perception about their work routines and conditions. For the theoretical contribution, the historical-dialectical materialist Marxist method was used as a basis for apprehending the entire formation process of what is currently being worked on in Brazilian society, as it is understood that some transformations present in this process have allowed to change job, constituting what has been called a new social morphology of work, under which there is an indiscriminate increase in the flexibility and precariousness of production processes. Added to this is the position that the State has been assuming in this regard, to which there is an action that articulates the interests of capital. In this perspective, the research obtained, as a result, the structure of the capitalist production system as a direct interferer in the dismantling of these processes.
