Adolescência e ansiedade = uma revisão integrativa em Psicologia

Abstract

Resumo: Esta monografia tem como objetivo identificar como a Psicologia tem estudado a adolescência e a ansiedade, bem como elencar as características encontradas nos artigos, identificar qual abordagem adotada sobre adolescência e a ansiedade, verificar como a ansiedade e a adolescência influenciam uma à outra e analisar, a partir da Sócio-Histórica, como tem sido a produção científica da Psicologia sobre esses fenômenos. Para atender a esses objetivos, adotou-se como método a revisão integrativa da literatura a partir das palavras chaves "adolescente", "ansiedade" e "psicologia". Ao todo, foram selecionados para análise 15 artigos indexados nas bases de dados SCIELO, PEPSIC, LILACS e BVS. Os resultados evidenciaram a necessidade de novos estudos que explorem mais o tema da ansiedade na adolescência sem naturalizar esses processos e/ou deslocar esses fenômenos da realidade; além de pesquisas que integrem em sua amostra o início e o fim da adolescência; bem como pesquisas que abordem sobre o atendimento psicológico nesses contextos; pesquisas que estudem a aprendizagem, adolescência e ansiedade e pesquisas que adotem como método a revisão de literatura. Por fim, a adolescência é um processo que todo ser humano vivencia, podendo ser marcada por sentimentos de ansiedade ou não, por isso, é necessário que a Psicologia estude sobre esses fenômenos em sua totalidade sem deslocá-lo da sociedade e sem estabelecer um padrão normativo.

Abstract: This monography aims to identify how Psychology has studied adolescence and anxiety, as well as to list the characteristics found in the articles studied, identify which approach was adopted in those articles about adolescence and anxiety, study how anxiety and adolescence influence one another and analyze as of the Sociohistorical Psychology how the scientific production about these phenomenon has been. To achieve these goals, it was chosen as a method the integrative literature review with the keywords "adolescence", "anxiety" and "psychology". In all, 15 articles published indexed in the SCIELO, PEPSIC, LILACS and BVS. The results showed a necessity that future research goes further on anxiety in adolescence not making these processes seem natural and/or displacing these phenomena of reality; in addition to researches that integrate in its sample the beginning and the end of the adolescence; as well as research addressing psychological care in these contexts; researches that study learning, adolescence and anxiety and researches that use the literature review as a method. Finally, adolescence is current process that every human being experiences, may be marked by feelings of anxiety or not, so it is necessary that Psychology studies about these phenomena in their entirety, nor displacing it from society and neither establishing a normative standard.
