Projeto de Parto Humanizado : arquitetura visando a origem da vida e quebrando tabus

Abstract

Resumo: O nascimento é a origem de um novo ciclo, ou seja, é a iniciação de uma nova vida de um ser vivo. Essa iniciação ocorre por meio do parto, sendo ele humanizado ou não. Por sua vez, o parto humanizado é um processo que ocorre dentro de um olhar menos hospitalar e mais natural possível. A Arquitetura pode estar presente nesse momento da maternidade, tendo um papel essencial. Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar uma nova unidade de parto humanizado para o Município de Taubaté, de forma a desafogar as maternidades, trazer mais naturalidade para esse momento e suprir a demanda de partos humanizados no Município, tendo em vista a inexistência de casas de parto. O resultado esperado é mostrar que a arquitetura pode trazer sensação de segurança, de conforto, de acolhimento e de bem-estar para os pacientes, quebrando tabus existentes.

Abstract: The birth is the origin of a new cycle, it is the initiation of a new life for a living being. This initiation happens through childbirth, whether it is humanized or not. In turn, humanized childbirth is a process that takes place within a less hospital look and a more natural look as possible. Architecture can be present at this moment of motherhood, playing an essential role. This work aims to present a new humanized childbirth unit for the city of Taubaté, in order to relieve the maternity hospitals, to bring more naturalness to this moment and meet the demand for humanized childbirth in the city, in view of the inexistence of birthing houses. The expected result is to show that architecture can bring a feeling of security, comfort, welcoming and well- being to the patients, breaking existing taboos.
