Boas práticas docentes : abordagem de gênero na formação de mulheres sargentos combatentes

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho, realizado sob a egide da Linha de Pesquisa Inclusao e Diversidade Sociocultural, do Mestrado Profissional em Educacao da Universidade de Taubate, apresenta os resultados da investigacao cujo objetivo central foi analisar a percepcao das discentes dos Cursos de Formacao e Graduacao de Sargentos Combatentes do Exercito Brasileiro sobre as boas praticas docentes dos educadores militares, sob uma perspectiva de genero. O trabalho esta fundamentado por um arcabouco teorico que reune os pensamentos de Scott, Shulman, Shon, Zeichner, Roldao, Pimenta, Tardif e Raymond - alem de conteudos de trabalhos mais recentes. No decurso da pesquisa foram delineados o perfil das mulheres que ingressaram nas carreiras combatentes de sargentos, as aspiracoes para a trajetoria que escolheram e as suas percepcoes de isonomia e equidade na formacao militar. Ademais, discutiu-se sobre as suas concepcoes sobre as boas praticas docentes que lhes disponibilizam um ambiente favoravel a aprendizagem dos conteudos militares, analisando-as sob uma perspectiva de genero como construto social. Para cumprir essas etapas a investigacao procedeu a uma metodologia qualitativa de pesquisa que utilizou como instrumentos para coleta de informacoes questionarios online e entrevistas semiestruturadas (sendo para cada um 110 e 10 participantes respectivamente) responde, para a qual as participantes foram as alunas e egressas desses cursos. Como resultado foi constatado que as participantes apresentam um perfil sociocultural oscilante entre conservador e liberal e uma concepcao biologica de genero. Suas compreensoes sobre boas praticas docentes na formacao militar se evidenciaram mais igualitarias que equitativas de genero, emergindo dos discursos o parametro masculino de desempenho, a funcao do cuidado como provisao de bem-estar e como dimensao protetiva e, por fim a lideranca pelo exemplo.

Abstract: This study, conducted under the aegis of the Line of Research of Inclusion and Sociocultural Diversity, of the Professional Master's Degree in Education at the University of Taubate, presents the results of the investigation whose main objective was to analyze the perception of the female students of the Combatant Sergeants Training of the Brazilian Army on good teaching practices developed by military educators, from a gender perspective. The work is based on a theoretical framework that brings together the thoughts of Scott, Shulman, Shon, Zeichner, Roldao, Pimenta, Tardif and Raymond - and also other recent works. During the course of the research, the profile of women who entered the combat sergeant careers, the aspirations for the path they chose and their perceptions of isonomy and equity in military training were outlined. Furthermore, their conceptions of good teaching practices that provide them with a favorable environment for learning military content were discussed, analyzing them from a gender perspective as a social construct. To fulfill these steps, the investigation proceeded with a qualitative research methodology that used online questionnaires and semistructured interviews as instruments for collecting information (with 110 and 10 participants, for each, respectively), for which the participants were female students and graduates of these courses. As a result, it was found that the participants have a sociocultural profile oscillating between conservative and liberal and have a biological conception of gender. Their understanding of good teaching practices in military training proved to be more egalitarian than gender equitable, emerging from the speeches the male parameter of performance, the caring role as a provision of well-being and as a protective dimension and, finally, the leading by example.
