Em busca da individuação feminina : uma proposta interventiva baseada na psicologia-analítica e arteterapia para mulheres que foram vítimas de violência doméstica

Abstract

Resumo: O Brasil bateu recorde de feminicídios no primeiro semestre de 2022. De acordo com os dados publicados pelo Fórum Brasileiro de Segurança Pública, 699 casos foram registrados entre janeiro e junho, o que representa uma média de quatro mulheres mortas por dia. Com o número de violência e feminicídio aumentando, torna-se necessário a exploração de novos métodos interventivos que auxiliem no processo de desvinculação destas mulheres do agressor. Dentre as diferentes possíveis intervenções está o método de arteterapia com auxílio da abordagem analítica de Carl G. Jung. Para tanto, este trabalho visa compreender os benefícios da arteterapia para mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica. Foi utilizado um estudo conceitual, no qual, a partir da análise conceitual realizada considerou-se a possibilidade de reestruturar o mundo psíquico destas mulheres e impulsionar sua individuação através do método de arteterapia, tendo em vista que ao concretizar e simbolizar a dor interna por meio da arte consiga-se auxiliar seu processo de ressignificação da dor, construindo uma noção realista de seu eu em relação ao mundo, aumentando assim, sua autoestima, autonomia e capacidades. Por fim, devido à ausência de trabalhos que correlacionem a arteterapia analítica com casos de mulheres que foram vítimas de violência doméstica, este estudo elabora através de uma análise conceitual a possibilidade interventiva deste. Enfatizando assim, a compreensão da necessidade de executar esta proposta em casos reais para que assim se possa ter conhecimento sobre as capacidades deste método na transformação individual destas mulheres. Compreendendo que esta proposta interventiva necessitaria de apoio psicológico, psiquiátrico, jurídico e entre outros para essas mulheres, isso porque cada caso tem seu caráter subjetivo.

Abstract: Brazil set a record for femicides in the first half of 2022. According to data published by the Brazilian Public Security Forum, 699 cases were recorded between January and June, which represents an average of four women killed every day. With the number of cases of violence and femicide on the rise, it is necessary to explore new methods of intervention to help these women disengage from their aggressors. Among the different possible interventions is the art therapy method with the help of Carl G. Jung's analytical approach. To this end, this study aims to understand the benefits of art therapy for women who are victims of domestic violence. A conceptual study was used, in which, based on the conceptual analysis carried out, we considered the possibility of restructuring the psychic world of these women and boosting their individuation through the art therapy method, bearing in mind that by concretizing and symbolizing internal pain through art, it is possible to help their process of resignifying pain, building a realistic notion of their self in relation to the world, thus increasing their self-esteem, autonomy and abilities. Finally, due to the lack of studies correlating analytical art therapy with cases of women who have been victims of domestic violence, this study elaborates on its interventional possibilities through a conceptual analysis. This emphasizes the need to carry out this proposal in real cases so that we can learn about this method's ability to transform these women individually. Understanding that this intervention proposal would require psychological, psychiatric, legal and other support for these women, because each case has its own subjective nature.
