Educação no campo e identidade docente : realidade em São Luíz do Paraitinga

Abstract

Resumo: O presente estudo fez-se com o propósito de analisar a realidade e as concepções dos professores sobre a Educação do Campo. Iniciamos nosso estudo com a explanação sobre a legislação que rege o segmento e, para conhecer a realidade do campo de uma cidade do interior do Vale do Paraíba paulista. Buscou-se compreender essa identidade a partir da experiência de vida e de docência de três professoras colaboradoras. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, foi escolhida a metodologia de História Oral, escolha essa que se justifica pelo caráter subjetivo da pesquisa, conferindo às professoras o protagonismo nas tramas narradas. Foram realizadas três entrevistas abertas e, a partir das narrativas, foi possível observar como os discursos auxiliaram no processo de construção da percepção das colaboradoras sobre elas mesmas. Por meio da metodologia adotada, foi possível conhecer as professoras que atuam no campo, identificando elos que os unem e dialogando com os referenciais teóricos a partir da triangulação de dados, o que permitiu satisfazer os objetivos da pesquisa. Como resultados, o estudo apresenta a influência da experiência de vida das colaboradoras em relação às práticas pedagógicas bem como a compreensão sobre como se deram a escolha e permanência dos sujeitos de uma "Educação no Campo", pautada na colaboração do cenário das vivências dos sujeitos, no modo de pensar e nas convicções pedagógicas, os quais vão de encontro com a conjuntura da Educação no Campo, nessa cidade do interior do Vale do Paraíba paulista

Abstract: . The present study was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the reality and the teachers' conceptions about Field Education, starting the analysis with an explanation about the legislation that governs the segment, and to know the reality of the Field Education of a city in the countryside from Vale do Paraíba paulista, we sought to understand this identity based on the life and teaching experience of three collaborating teachers. For the development of the research, the methodology of Oral History was chosen, a choice that is justified by the subjective character of the research, giving the teachers the protagonism in the narrated plots. Three open interviews were carried out, and the teachers were given a voice based on the narratives, making it possible to know the subjects who help in the identity construction of the Field, identifying links between these subjects and dialoguing with the theoretical references from the data triangulation, being possible to satisfy the research objectives. As a result, the study presents the influence of the agents life experience in relation to the pedagogical practices as well as to understand how the subjects' choice and permanence in Rural Education took place, the collaboration of the subjects' experiences scenario in the way of thinking and in the pedagogical convictions that permeate the conjuncture of the Field in this city in the interior of the Paraíba do Vale paulista.
