Inovações pedagógicas em instituições militares relacionadas ao desenvolvimento dos conceitos da educação 4.0

Abstract

Resumo: Este estudo, aqui apresentado, investigou que elementos constituintes de inovações pedagógicas relacionadas à Educação 4.0 estão presentes nas Escolas Militares. A justificativa para este estudo está relacionada ao crescente aumento de jovens inseridos em meios tecnológicos e digitais e suas formas de construir conhecimento, bem como ao estudo de inovações pedagógicas, relacionadas aos conceitos da Educação 4.0, termo cunhado em referência às mudanças socioeducacionais ocasionadas pela Indústria 4.0. De natureza qualitativa e quantitativa, esta pesquisa trabalhou com a população de 288 professores do Sistema Colégio Militar do Brasil, que foram submetidos a questionários, e 30 professores da Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN) que foram submetidos a entrevistas semiestruturadas individuais. Os dados coletados nos questionários foram tabulados e as entrevistas foram transcritas e inicialmente tratadas pelo software IRaMuTeQ, considerando a análise de similitude e a classificação hierárquica descendente. Após esta etapa, realizou-se a Análise de Conteúdo e a triangulação dos resultados. A análise dos resultados apontou que os professores consideram as mídias tecnológicas como um instrumento que permeia o contexto atual que vivemos e que, consequentemente, tem lugar nas práticas educativas realizadas nas escolas. Para o grupo pesquisado, a inovação e a gestão das práticas apresentam relação direta com as metodologias empregadas durante o processo educacional. Para os docentes que lecionam na AMAN, é evidente o quanto estas ações se encaminham tanto para a formação acadêmica do estudante, quanto para a sua formação militar. Também ficou explícito o quanto a estrutura pedagógica revela-se como importante para estes docentes no exercício de sua atuação profissional.

Abstract: This study, presented here, investigated that constituent elements of pedagogical innovations related to Education 4.0 are present in Military Schools. The justification for this study is related to the increasing number of young people inserted in technological and digital media and the way of transmission of education, as well as the study of pedagogical innovations, related to the concepts of Education 4.0, a term coined in reference to the socio-educational changes caused by Industry 4.0. This new generation is the young people who become students of the Colégio Militar do Brasil System (a group of thirteen Military colleges located in several cities in Brazil) and the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras (AMAN), institutions of Basic and Higher Education studied in this work. Of a qualitative and quantitative nature, this research worked with the population of teachers of the Colégio Militar do Brasil System and with professors from the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras. Research instruments were: document analysis, questionnaires with 288 participants and 30 individual semi-structured interviews applied with AMAN teachers. The data collected through the questionnaires were tabulated and the interviews were handled by the IRaMuTeQ software through similarity analysis and descending hierarchical classification. After this stage, Content Analysis and triangulation was carried out with the indicated results. As a result of this study, it was intended to train teachers to use pedagogical innovations in military education institutions, in accordance with the alignment of current teaching legislation. The dissemination of this work is expected through the publication of a scientific article and presentation of the results in the Educational Institutions to contribute to the constant evolution of military education.
