Ascensão do trabalho da mulher no poder judiciário estadual : estudo na cidade de Itumbiara/Goiás

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar o processo de ascensão da mulher, no Poder Judiciário Estadual de Goiás, especificamente na Comarca de Itumbiara. O método de pesquisa foi estudo de caso exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa. Foi estudada a população feminina concursada atuante na esfera local do Poder Judiciário. Para coleta de dados foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com 13 mulheres servidoras. Técnicas qualitativas do método de análise de conteúdo foram utilizadas para estudo do material obtido. Os principais resultados encontrados revelam que no que se refere aos motivos da inserção da mulher no Poder Judiciário a busca da estabilidade financeira e a empregabilidade foram os mais apontados. As entrevistadas ressaltaram ainda questões relativas a sua valorização e desenvolvimento sociocultural e econômico. Dentre os desafios, a jornada dupla, o tratamento hostil do público externo e a busca de respeito e reconhecimento foram apontados como os principais problemas encontrados. Com relação ao plano de carreira, o benefício mais valorizado por elas é a progressão horizontal por escolaridade e por tempo de serviço. Portanto, esse estudo permitiu a visualização do percurso, conquista e lutas que a mulher enfrenta no cotidiano no Poder Judiciário Estadual da Comarca de Itumbiara.

Abstract: The objective of this research was to analyze the process of women 's ascension, in the Judiciary State of Goiás, specifically in the county of Itumbiara. The research method was an exploratory case study, with a qualitative approach. The female population that participated in the Judicial Branch was studied. For data collection, semi - structured interviews were conducted with 13 servant women, and qualitative techniques of the content analysis method were used to study the material obtained. The main results show that the issue of financial stability and employability is one of the reasons for the insertion of women into the Judiciary. The interviewees also highlighted issues related to their valorization and socio-cultural and economic development. The double working day, the hostile treatment of the external public and the search for respectability were pointed out as the main problems found among the challenges. About the career plan, the most valued benefit is the horizontal progress in career that comes from the increase on study level and the increase on time worked. Thus, this study allowed the visualization of the route, conquest and struggles that the woman faces in the daily life in the State Judicial Power of the Region of Itumbiara.
