Importância da motivação para o desempenho da equipe de projetos : um estudo exploratório

Abstract

Resumo: A presente monografia consiste em pesquisas bibliográficas sobre o tema, na qual se revisa os conceitos e fundamentos da motivação e projetos. Tem por objetivo apresentar a importância da motivação em ambientes de projetos. Sabe-se que motivação é importante dentro de ambientes de trabalho, manter a equipe motivada é uma contribuição para atingir seus objetivos e os das organizações. Em equipes de projetos não é diferente, se faz necessário manter toda a equipe motivada, em busca do sucesso do projeto, para que todos objetivos sejam atingidos e dentro do prazo estabelecido. É importante manter a equipe toda motivada, porém há uma dificuldade em identificar a necessidade de cada indivíduo dentro da equipe. Com base na revisão de literatura são apresentadas abordagens de como o gerente de projetos pode desenvolver a motivação em sua equipe de projetos. Os resultados da pesquisa é que o gerente de projetos precisa aprender a identificar e saber como lidar com a necessidade de cada indivíduo de sua equipe, e ainda desenvolver formas de elevar a motivação, com o objetivo de que cada indivíduo atue de uma forma que dê o seu máximo, que se obtenha excelência no desenvolvimento do projeto e ainda busque atingir os objetivos da organização e do projeto em si.

Abstract: This monograph consists of bibliographic researches on the subject, in which the concepts and fundamentals of motivation and projects are reviewed. It aims to present the importance of motivation in project environments. It is known that motivation is important within working environments, keeping the team motivated is a contribution to achieving their goals and those of organizations. In project teams it is no different, if it is necessary to keep all the team motivated, in search of the success of the project, so that all objectives are reached and within the established deadline. It is important to keep the whole team motivated, but there is a difficulty in identifying the need for each individual within the team. Based on the literature review are presented approaches of how the project manager can develop the motivation in his project team. The results of the research is that the project manager must learn to identify and know how to deal with the needs of each individual on his team, and also to develop ways to raise motivation so that each individual acts in a way that gives Its maximum, to obtain excellence in the development of the project and still seek to achieve the objectives of the organization and the project itself.
