The millennium development goals and social administration [As metas do Milênio e gestão social]

Abstract

This work is the first part of a project that attends to present the goals of development of the millennium as a strategy to social and environmental administration, having as study case the municipal district of Pindamonhangaba. Proposal methodology of categories is denominated fuzzy set. For each category, data made available by IBGE and SEADE was used. The goals of the millennium originated from international conferences such as Rio 92, and intend to reduce the poverty and promote the maintainable development in the period of 25 years, between 1990 and 2015. Indicators will be used to verify the positioning of the municipal district and the non-adherence will be used to establish the strategies to be adopted to drive the politics and municipal plans to development and well being of the local population.
