State of the art in the internet environment: are there are many steps in the production of continuing education for the social worker?

Abstract

The professional qualification in the areas of teaching, research, and practical intervention necessarily involves continued education. In this sense, this article seeks to critically review the literature on the continuing education of social workers in the context of the Unified Social Assistance, especially after regulation of Norma Operacional Basica de Recursos Humanos. For elaboration of this "state of the art" in an exploratory and descriptive nature, analysis of categories was used. The approach is configured as bibliographic, quantitative, and qualitative. The tendency of scientific literature demonstrates that the issues of continued education are becoming a major challenge.
