O tráfico internacional de animais silvestres : o desrespeito e a violação do ciclo de vida das principais espécies

Abstract

Resumo: Embora o tráfico de animais silvestres esteja tão presente em nosso cotidiano, esta atividade ilícita não é tradada como realmente deveria, pois não é tratada como um crime de autopotencial. Mesmo não sendo um assunto muito falado o trafico das espécies é uma das atividades ilícitas mais antigas já existentes e mesmo estando em um século onde tudo se evolui aparentemente nada se mudou sobre esta atividade, os cuidados que se deveria ter não se tem, pois os animais não são tratados como seres capazes de sentir o mesmo que os humanos, não tendo os mesmos direitos, muito menos as mesmas leis de defesa a vida, pois para que ocorra o direito a vida das espécies muitas das leis que servem somente para saciar o ego do ser humano deveria ser abolidas, leis estas que permitem o sacrifício ou a caça; até o presente momento não existe um artigo se quer que aborde o tema de trafico das espécies, por tanto quem pratica esta atividade nunca poderá cumprir esta pena, só irá cumprir a pena de maus-tratos caudados aos animais decorrentes do método brutal de deslocamento que as espécies são submetidas; Em um país como o Brasil onde não é difícil se notar que a fauna aqui existente é extensa nada se é feito em prol das espécies, infelizmente talvez o homem só se de conta como todas as espécies são valiosas quando o ultimo animal existente der o seu ultimo suspiro.

Abstract: Although the trafficking of wild animals is so present in our daily lives, this illegal activity is not treated as really should, as it is not treated as a high potential crime. Even though it’s not a matter very discussed the traffick of species is one of the oldest illicit activities that already exist and even in a century where everything evolves apparently nothing has changed about this activity, the care that should be taken is not, because the animals are not treated like humans beings capable of feeling the same as humans, not having the same rights, much less the same laws to defend life, as for the right to species life’s many laws that serve only to satiate the ego of the human should be abolished, laws that allow the sacrificed and hurting; until this moment there is not even an article that addresses the issue of species trafficking, so, for both those who practice this activity can never fulfill this punishment, will only serve the sentence of maltreatment caused to animals due to the brutal method of displacement that species are subjected to; In a country like Brazil where is difficult to be noted that the existing fauna is extensive if nothing is done in favor of species, unfortunately perhaps the human only realise how valuable all species are, when the last existing animal gives its last breath.
