Anfíbios anuros da RPPN Fazenda Renópolis, Serra da Mantiqueira, Sudeste do Brasil

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo deste estudo foi inventariar a fauna de anuros em ambientes de altitude na Reserva Particular de Patrimônio Natural (RPPN) fazenda Renópolis, município de Santo Antônio do Pinhal, São Paulo. As amostragens foram efetuadas entre agosto de 2018 e setembro de 2019, sendo realizadas semanalmente em cada um dos três ambientes: Área aberta, riachos e interior de mata. Foram registradas 23 espécies de anuros, 14 gêneros e 7 famílias: Brachycephalidae (n=2); Bufonidae (n=2); Hylidae (n=12); Hylodidae (n=2); Leptodactylidae (n=2); Odontophrynidae (n=2); Phyllomedusidae (n=1). Dentre os ambientes amostrados, área aberta foi o que apresentou maior riqueza de espécies (n=16), seguido do ambiente de interior de mata (n=5) e riacho (n=2). Os resultados revelaram que a região apresenta uma importante riqueza de espécies, representando 10% de representatividade da riqueza de espécies registradas para o estado de São Paulo e 33% das espécies presentes no Vale do Paraíba. O registro de Hylodes magalhaesi e Ischnocnema aff. holti são novos registros de ocorrências em localidades geográficas na Serra da Mantiqueira no estado de São Paulo. Este estudo irá fornecer informações para a melhor conservação dos anfíbios da RPPN.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to inventory the anuran fauna in high altitude environments in the Private Reserve of Natural Heritage (RPPN) on the Renópolis farm, in the municipality of Santo Antônio do Pinhal, São Paulo. Sampling was carried out between August 2018 and September 2019, being carried out weekly in each of the three environments: Open area, streams and forest interior. 23 anuran species, 14 genera and 7 families were recorded: Brachycephalidae (n = 2); Bufonidae (n = 2); Hylidae (n = 12); Hylodidae (n = 2); Leptodactylidae (n = 2); Odontophrynidae (n = 2); Phyllomedusidae (n = 1). Among the sampled environments, open area was the one with the highest species richness (n = 16), followed by the interior of the forest (n = 5) and stream (n = 2). The results revealed that the region has an important species richness, representing 10% of the representativeness of the species richness registered for the state of São Paulo and 33% of the species present in the Paraíba Valley. The record of Hylodes magalhaesi and Ischnocnema aff. holti are new records of occurrences in geographical locations in Serra da Mantiqueira in the state of São Paulo. This study will provide information for the best conservation of the RPPN amphibians.
