Os impactos da Reforma Trabalhista no direito individual

Abstract

Resumo: A Reforma Trabalhista foi uma reforma proposta durante a vigência do governo do presidente Michel Temer, e foi promulgada através da Lei 13.467/2017. Esta reforma modificou de forma geral a relação de trabalho no Brasil, estabelecida entre patrões e empregados. Para que a reforma fosse aprovada, o Congresso deliberou sobre o tema por um período grande de tempo, entendendo que o maior receio da sociedade seria pelo desfazimento do sistema trabalhista vigente, implantando assim um novo, com novas regras e modelo de atribuição. Porém, o que colaborou definitivamente pela aceitação da reforma pelo Congresso Nacional foi a crise econômica a qual o Brasil vivia na ocasião, cujo maior resultado era uma grande massa de trabalhadores desempregados, ao qual a reforma buscava consertar. Esta monografia intenciona entender os meandros desta reforma, seus pontos positivos e negativos, e quais são os benefícios trazidos por ela após a sua promulgação.

Abstract: The Labor Reform was a reform proposed during the term of President Michel Temer's government, and was enacted through Law 13,467 / 2017. This reform generally changed the working relationship in Brazil, established between employers and employees. For the reform to be approved, the congress deliberated on the subject for a long period of time, understanding that the biggest fear of society would be for the undoing of the current labor system, thus implementing a new one, with new rules and model of attribution. However, what definitely contributed to the acceptance of the reform by the national congress was the economic crisis in which Brazil was living at the time, whose biggest result was a large mass of unemployed workers, which the reform sought to fix. This monograph intends to understand the intricacies of this reform, its positives and negatives, and what are the benefits brought by it after its promulgation.
