Aula de campo com temas ambientais em uma escola de ensino fundamental no município de Pimenta Bueno/RO

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho possui dois principais eixos: primeiro tratou de uma pesquisa com os docentes e discentes da Escola Estadual Anísio Serrão de Carvalho sobre a aplicação de aula de campo com conteúdos ambientais e teve como objetivo analisar como se desenvolvem; o segundo eixo foi à elaboração da cartilha "Aula de campo com temas ambientais: cartilha para o município de Pimenta Bueno-RO" que visa contribuir para um ensino significativo nas escolas de ensino fundamental II. A metodologia utilizada para análise foi qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória, fazendo uso de questionário semiestruturado com perguntas abertas e fechadas e amostra total de vinte oito discentes e oito docentes do 6º ao 9º ano do ensino fundamental II e análise do Projeto Político Pedagógico-PPP da Escola. Os resultados do questionário aplicado aos docentes indicaram ausência de estratégias diferenciadas para trabalhar com conteúdos ambientais em aulas de campo; dificuldades para planejar e aplicar essa aula, falta de motivação e incentivo para colocar em prática essa metodologia. Em comparação com os dados registrados no PPP evidenciou-se que falta um alinhamento entre o que está registrado no documento e as atividades que os docentes desenvolvem. Quanto aos resultados da entrevista com os discentes indicou que os professores trabalham em sala de aula com temas ambientais, não fazem aula de campo, mesmo os discentes não tendo essas experiências imaginam que seriam benéficas para aprendizagem e formação cidadã. A cartilha elaborada para desenvolver aula de campo com temas ambientais voltados para o contexto local é uma proposta didática interdisciplinar para auxiliar o docente nessa ação. Visa contribuir com o ensino e a aprendizagem nos ambientes externos da sala de aula, apresenta características próprias dos locais do município, como informações sobre tipos de vegetação, árvores típicas da região, tipos de solo local, aves e outros elementos da fauna o que oportunizam para a implantação da Educação Ambiental na escola. Em conclusão a aula de campo se mostrou um grande desafio para os docentes e a cartilha pode contribuir para o planejamento e execução dessas aulas.

Abstract: This work has two main axes: the first dealt with a research with the teachers and students of the Anísio Serrão de Carvalho State School on the application of field lessons with environmental contents and had as objective to analyze how they develop; the second axis was the preparation of the booklet "Field Class with Environmental Themes: Booklet for the city of Pimenta Bueno-RO" which aims to contribute to a significant teaching in elementary schools II. The methodology used was qualitative, descriptive and exploratory, using a semi-structured questionnaire with open and closed questions and a total sample of twenty eight students and eight teachers from the 6th to the 9th grade of elementary education II and the analysis of the Political Pedagogical Project - PPP of the school. The results of the questionnaire applied to teachers indicated the absence of differentiated strategies to work with environmental contents in field lessons; difficulties to plan and apply this lesson, lack of motivation and incentive to put this methodology into practice. Compared with the data recorded in the PPP, it was evident that there is a lack of alignment between what is registered in the document and the activities that the teachers develop. Regarding the results of the interview with the students indicated that the teachers work in the classroom with environmental themes, do not do field lessons, and even those students not having these experiences, they imagine that it would be beneficial for learning and citizenship development. The booklet developed to develop field lessons with environmental themes focused on the local context is an interdisciplinary didactic proposal to assist the teacher in this action. It aims to contribute to teaching and learning outside of the classroom, presenting local characteristics of the city, such as information about types of vegetation, typical trees of the region, types of local soil, birds and other elements of the fauna which gives the opportunity for the implementation of Environmental Education in the school. In conclusion, the field class showed to be a great challenge for the teachers and the booklet can contribute to the planning and execution of these classes.
