Feminicídio : violência extrema contra o gênero

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem como tema Feminicídio: violência extrema contra o gênero. A delimitação do tema é muito relevante, pois o feminicídio está atualmente em vários noticiários, ele é usado como forma de manutenção do status quo patriarcal, é uma violência direta aos Direitos Humanos das mulheres, realizando uma análise acerca do poder punitivo do Estado frente à repressão contra a violência de gênero. Contudo, abordando a relação de dominação do homem em relação à mulher introduzida pelo patriarcalismo e de que forma isso impactou na violência de gênero que as vítimas são as mulheres até os dias de hoje, mostrando também não ser um tema atual, isso ocorre há bastante tempo, e só agora começou ter impacto. Objetivo geral Abrir a discussão sobre o que é Feminicidio, o que é violência contra a mulher, o porquê a violência acontece, Objetivo específico analisar o por que esse assunto é tão relevante e tem que ser combatido, como ajudar ou denunciar a violência cometida contra a mulher. Trazer à baila a discussão sobre Feminicídio: violência extrema contra gênero. Para o desenvolvimeto desse trabalho foram feitas pesquisas bibliográficas de livros, em que serão utilizados os processos de identificação e compilação, bem como por intermédio de artigos científicos, jurisprudências, dados obtidos em órgãos competentes.

The delimitation of the theme is very relevant, because feminicide is currently in various news, it is used as a way to maintain the patriarchal status quo, is a direct violence to the human rights of women, conducting an analysis of the punitive power of the state in the face of repression against gender-based violence.
