Espécies ornamentais utilizadas no macro paisagismo na cidade de Taubaté, SP

Abstract

Resumo: O estudo trata-se de um levantamento da flora existente no macro paisagismo do município de Taubaté, São Paulo. Foram escolhidas dezenove ruas, uma travessa, oito avenidas e três praças da cidade, subdivididos em seis bairros. A identificação se deu a partir de registros fotográficos, seguindo o sistema de nomenclatura botânica APG IV (2016). Objetivou-se conhecer as espécies empregadas, em geral de acordo com seu hábito, analisar a dinâmica de florescimento, considerando os padrões cromáticos, e observar os estilos paisagísticos das áreas, de acordo com a evolução histórica dos jardins. Expôs-se o percentual de cores florais observadas, elucidando o perfil cromático florístico da paisagem local. Constatou-se que a maior parte das espécies registradas são exóticas, a família de maior representatividade é a Asteraceae, o período de florescimento de maior significância é o de junho a setembro e os padrões cromáticos mais expressos são o branco (24%), o rosa (21%) e o vermelho (18%). Conclui-se que devemos atentar-nos mais as nossas áreas verdes urbanas, para projeta-las de forma a não só gerarem harmonia e beleza, como também exercerem funções ecológicas, beneficiando a fauna local, psicológicas, ajudando o ser humano em seu desempenho individual e/ou coletivo, e espirituais, restabelecendo o equilíbrio.

Abstract: The study is a survey of the flora existing in the macro landscape of the municipality of Taubaté, São Paulo. Nineteen streets, a lane, eight avenues and three city squares were chosen, subdivided into six neighborhoods. The identification was made from photographic records, following the APG IV botanical nomenclature system (2016). The objective was to know the species used, in general according to their habit, to analyze the dynamics of flowering, considering the chromatic patterns, and to observe the landscape styles of the areas, according to the historical evolution of the gardens. The percentage of observed floral colors was exposed, elucidating the floristic chromatic profile of the local landscape. It was found that most of the registered species are exotic, the most representative family is Asteraceae, the most significant flowering period is from June to September and the most expressed chromatic patterns are white (24%), pink (21%) and red (18%). It is understood that we must pay more attention to our urban green areas, to design them in a way that not only generate harmony and beauty, but also exercise ecological functions, benefiting the local fauna, psychological, helping human beings in their individual performance and collective, and spiritual, restoring balance.
