A importância da escada de incêndio para proteção dos usuários

Abstract

Resumo: As leis não devem ser fruto do capricho ou arbítrio de quem legisla, ao contrário devem decorrer da realidade social e da histórica concreta. A adaptação das leis às necessidades e ao clamor da realidade social pode ser verificada, quando se faz um exame das normas que tratam da prevenção e do combate a incêndios do estado de São Paulo. O Corpo de Bombeiros da Polícia Militar do estado de São Paulo há muito vem disseminando a ideia de que não basta apenas se preocupar em combater os sinistros ou medidas que previnam a vida humana dos efeitos nocivos do incêndio em uma edificação, mas investir de forma significativa na prevenção e no aprimoramento de mecanismos que evitem sua ocorrência. Neste cenário,medidas passivasde proteção contra incêndiousando as escadas como saídas de emergência são indicadas para que os riscos e perigos sejam minimizados para a população com a preservação da integridade física em caso de catástrofe ou pânico. E, mesmo para acesso de equipes especializadas de emergência e/ou combate ao fogo.
