Analíse da caixa de transmissão principal da aeronave Airbus AS550 (FENNEC)

Abstract

Resumo: Considerado uma das obras da engenharia mais revolucionária o helicóptero desde sua criação encanta o mundo, e o estudo aprofundado dessa máquina se torna muito atraente para estudantes de engenharia, que conseguem identificar diversos assuntos da sua grade acadêmica utilizadas em uma série de itens do helicóptero. A caixa de transmissão principal é um conjunto de engrenagens que tem a função de transmitir o torque do motor para o rotor principal que através de suas pás geram a sustentação necessária para o voo. É considerado um dos mais importantes e complexos conjuntos da aeronave, sua engenharia fica explícita em todos seus componentes, principalmente nas engrenagens internas que são responsáveis pela redução do alto torque proveniente do motor e sua mudança de direção. Por sua complexidade a caixa de transmissão principal pode ser analisada em diversos aspectos e este trabalho de graduação tem como objetivo analisar suas engrenagens, seu modo de funcionamento, os cálculos de transmissão e os demais itens que a compõe, demonstrando a grande importância de uma inspeção e manutenção bem realizadas.

Abstract: Considered one of the most revolutionary engineering works the helicopter since its inception enchants the world, and the in-depth study of this machine becomes very attractive to engineering students who can identify various subjects of their academic grade used in a series of helicopter items. The main gearbox is a set of gears that has the function of transmitting the torque of the motor to the main rotor which through its blades generate the necessary support for the flight. It is considered one of the most important and complex aircraft sets, its engineering is explicit in all its components, mainly in the internal gears that are responsible for the reduction of the high torque coming from the engine and its change of direction. Due to its complexity, the main transmission box can be analyzed in several aspects and this graduation work has the objective of analyzing its gears, its operation mode, the transmission calculations and the other items that compose it, demonstrating the great importance of an inspection.
