Plano para elaboração de uma brigada de incêndio florestal para pequenos municípios

Abstract

Resumo: Um incêndio florestal é um incêndio descontrolado em zonas naturais, bosques e lugares com abundante vegetação. Podem-se produzir por relâmpagos, descuidos humanos e em muitas ocasiões são intencionados. As perdas ocasionadas pelo fogo anualmente no mundo são muitas. Os incêndios voluntários ou não, ocasionam grandes gastos tanto em recursos como em vidas humanas, e semeiam a destruição de lugares naturais que demoram muito tempo em regenerar-se. Os incêndios além de destruirem florestas afetam diretamente o ar, o solo, a água, a saúde pública e a economia. Este trabalho fornece subsídios para formação de uma brigada de incêndio florestal em pequenos municípios, tendo em vista que para estes municípios é inviável financeiramente firmar convênio com o Corpo de Bombeiros. Brigada de Incêndio é basicamente um grupo organizado de pessoas que são especialmente capacitadas para que possam atuar numa área previamente estabelecida, na prevenção e combate a um princípio de incêndio, e que também estejam aptas a prestar os primeiros socorros a possíveis vítimas. O trabalho de formação de brigadas é realizado em todo o estado pelos bombeiros.

Abstract: A forest fire is a fire uncontrolled in natural zones, forests and places with abundant vegetation. They can be produced for lightning, human incautiousness and in many occasions they are intentioned. The losses caused for the fire annually in the world are many. The voluntary fires or not, in such a way cause great expenses in resources as in lives human beings, and sow the destruction of natural places that delay much time in being rehabilitated. The fires beyond destroyer forests directly affect the air, the ground, the water, the public health and the economy. This work supplies subsidies formation of a forest fire brigade in small cities, in view of that it stops these cities is impracticable financially to firm accord with the Firemen. Fire brigade is basically an organized group of people who especially are enabled so that they can act in an area previously established, in the prevention and combat to a fire principle, and that also they are apt to give to the first aid the possible victims. The work of formation of brigades is carried through in all the state for the firemen.
