A importância da proteção passiva no planejamento dos projetos arquitetônicos comerciais e industriais

Abstract

Resumo: Proteção passiva é o conjunto de medidas de segurança contra incêndio incorporado à obra, que tem por finalidade principal evitar a propagação do incêndio e que pertencem ao projeto arquitetônico, e dificilmente podem ser corrigidas, além de apresentarem elevado custo para sanar sua ausência ou falha de execução. O objetivo desta monografia é conscientizar o profissional engenheiro de segurança do trabalho sobre a importância de seu papel na aplicação da proteção passiva e propiciar uma contribuição para o entendimento no planejamento dos projetos arquitetônicos no momento de elaboração preliminar do estudo de prevenção e combate a incêndios em uma indústria e/ou comércio. Esta preocupação justifica-se pela dificuldade técnica que os profissionais da engenharia de segurança do trabalho encontram em dar soluções aos problemas, oriundos da falta de previsão correta das medidas de proteção passiva no projeto arquitetônico. Define-se no decorrer desta monografia a importância do planejamento apropriado do empreendimento, a classificação dos riscos da edificação, a distribuição do arranjo físico e a partir deste momento, a interface com o arquiteto que é profissional habilitado para executar os projetos arquitetônicos da edificação. Há também uma abordagem dos principais fatores que devem ser considerados nas fases de elaboração de projeto. Fatores, estes, que condicionam o desempenho e a eficiência do processo de planejamento do projeto arquitetônico e o projeto de prevenção e combate a incêndios, de modo a reduzir custos, otimizar os arranjos físicos e principalmente abordar de forma correta e planejada a segurança na edificação. Abstract: Passive protection is the set of measures of security against incorporated fire to the workmanship, that has for main purpose to prevent the propagation of the fire and that they belong to the project architectural, and hardly can be corrected, beyond presenting high cost to cure its absence or imperfection of execution. The objective of this monograph is to acquire knowledge the professional Engineer of Security of the Work on the importance of its paper in the application of the passive protection and to propitiate a contribution for the agreement in the planning of the projects architectural at the moment of preliminary elaboration of the study of prevention and combat the fires in an industry and/or commerce. This concern justifies for the difficulty technique that the professionals of the Engineering of Security of the Work find in giving solutions to the problems, deriving of the daily pay lack correct vision of the measures of passive protection in the project architectural. The importance of the appropriate planning of the enterprise, the classification of the risks of the construction, the distribution of the physical arrangement is defined in elapsing of this monograph and from this moment, the interface with the architect who professional is qualified to execute the projects architectural of the construction. It also has a boarding of the main factors that must be considered in the phases of project elaboration. Factors, these, that condition the performance and the efficiency of the process of planning of the project architectural and the project of prevention and combat the fires, in order to reduce costs, to optimize the physical arrangements and mainly to approach of form correct and planned the security in the construction.
