A orientação de pais/responsáveis de crianças em atendimento psicoterápico : um estudo bibliográfico

Abstract

Resumo: A orientação de pais, como forma de intervenção no tratamento clinico infantil, vem ganhando espaço, à medida que se ampliam os estudos relacionando a família ao desenvolvimento saudável da criança. Por meio desta perspectiva, almeja-se neste trabalho analisar as repercussões de intervenções voltadas à orientação de pais/responsáveis de crianças em atendimento psicoterápico. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, bibliográfica, voltada à Revisão Integrativa. As bases de dados utilizadas foram Scielo, Pepsic, BVS. As palavras utilizadas na busca foram: Orientação Psicológica, Orientação como Intervenção, Aconselhamento, Treinamento para Pais. Foram encontrados 14 estudos, sendo 13 artigos e uma tese. Os resultados, foram divididos em duas categorias, aspectos formais e aspectos de conteúdo, a partir disso evidenciou-se as 3 etapas da orientação de pais, a inicial que é a etapa que se refere a coleta de informações da queixa e uma pré avaliação, a segunda etapa, se refere ao trabalho em si, o desenvolvimento da proposta, já a terceira etapa é referente ao encerramento, onde realiza-se uma avaliação do trabalho desenvolvido. Também foram identificados os temas abordados nas orientações e que estes são escolhidos de acordo com a demanda apresentada pelo público alvo. As características dos modelos de orientação das abordagens Comportamentais e da abordagem Psicanalítica. E as contribuições que o trabalho de orientação de pais traz ao tratamento clinico da criança, tornando-o mais eficaz, favorecendo mudanças de comportamento na família, auxiliando na interação e comunicação entre pais e filhos e promovendo bem estar emocional.

Abstract: The guidance of parents, as a form of intervention in the clinical treatment of children, has been gaining space, as the studies relating the family to the healthy development of the child expand. Through this perspective, the aim of this paper is to analyze the repercussions of interventions aimed at orienting parents / guardians of children in psychotherapeutic care. It is an exploratory, bibliographic research, focused on Integrative Review. The databases used were Scielo, Pepsic, VHL. The words used in the search were: Psychological Orientation, Intervention Orientation, Counseling, Parent Training. 14 studies were found, 13 articles and one thesis. The results were divided into two categories, formal aspects and content aspects, based on that, the 3 stages of parent orientation became evident, the initial one being the stage that refers to the collection of information about the complaint and a pre-evaluation, the second stage refers to the work itself, the development of the proposal, while the third stage refers to the closure, where an evaluation of the work carried out is carried out. The topics addressed in the guidelines were also identified and that they are chosen according to the demand presented by the target audience. The characteristics of the guidance models of the Behavioral and Psychoanalytical approaches. And the contributions that parenting work brings to the child's clinical treatment, making it more effective, favoring changes in behavior in the family, helping in the interaction and communication between parents and children and promoting emotional well-being.
