Implante relacionado à fibrina rica em plaquetas

Abstract

Resumo: O uso do auxílio de técnicas modernas para a Implantodontia é o caminho para o aumento do sucesso no implante. O desenvolvimento dos fatores de crescimento com o uso de Fibrina Rica em Plaquetas (PRF) é a influência necessária e evolutiva para acelerar a cicatrização nos tecidos moles, assim como acelerar a angiogênese, o aumento tecidual, reconstrução alveolar, levantamento do seio do maxilar, como outras descobertas que devem ser pesquisadas na literatura. Esta Revisão de Literatura teve como objetivo discorrer sobre as vantagens do uso do PRF na implantodontia, perante uma revisão científica, com levantamentos bibliográficos. Utilizou-se da base de dados PUBMED e Scielo. Os estudos demonstraram que ainda não há comprovação científica para o aumento ósseo, contudo o PRF é um biomaterial autólogo que ocasiona mais estabilidade ao implante gerando grande interferência nos resultados, ajudando no pós-cirúrgico e garantindo a viabilidade clínica.

Abstract: The use of the aid of modern techniques for implant dentistry is the development for increased implant success. The development of growth factors with the use of Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) is the necessary and evolving influence for accelerating soft tissue healing, as well as accelerating angiogenesis, tissue augmentation, alveolar reconstruction, sinus lift, as well as other findings that should be researched in the literature. This Literature Review aims to discuss the advantages of the use of PRP in implant dentistry, by means of a scientific review, with bibliographic surveys. The PUBMED and Scielo databases were used. The studies showed that there is still no scientific proof for bone augmentation, however, in conclusion, PRF is an autologous biomaterial that provides more stability to the implant, generating great interference in the results, helping in the post-surgical period and ensuring clinical viability.
