Estudo de viabilidade visando a escolha de um avião de treinamento primário para a Força Aérea Brasileira

Abstract

Resumo: Apesar de famosa por seus bem-sucedidos projetos na aviação comercial, a indústria aeronáutica brasileira, por muitos anos, dedicou seus trabalhos no desenvolvimento de aeronaves de treinamento. Entretanto, após o lançamento do Embraer T-27 Tucano, nenhuma outra tentativa teve êxito comercial. Tanto na aviação civil e militar, os meios utilizados estão defasados tecnologicamente e distantes das inovações no campo dos materiais e sistemas de navegação. Nesse contexto, os treinadores Neiva T-25 Universal já estão no término de suas vidas operacionais e, até o presente momento, não há ainda uma aeronave escolhida para dar continuidade à tarefa de instrução dos cadetes na Academia da Força Aérea Brasileira (AFA). Logo, este trabalho objetiva propor à Força Aérea Brasileira, uma nova aeronave que atenda aos requisitos levantados junto aos operadores. Paralelamente faz-se uma análise da frota de aeronaves no continente latinoamericano, com o intuito de conhecer quais aeronaves utilizadas por estes países e nos posicionar perante o continente. Através de um Estudo de Viabilidade pode-se avaliar alguns modelos e aeronaves disponíveis e em operação e compará-los entre si, visando superar o T-25 em vários parâmetros. É provável que com a entrada do novo vetor de instrução, possa-se estabelecer um novo cenário para a mudança no sistema de treinamento dos futuros aviadores militares.

Abstract: Although famous for its successful commercial aviation projects, the Brazilian aeronautics industry has for many years devoted its work to the development of training aircraft. However, after the launch of the Embraer T-27 Tucano, no other attempt was commercially successful. In both civil and military aviation, the means used are technologically out of date and far from innovations in the field of navigation materials and systems. In this context, the Neiva T-25 Universal trainers are already at the end of their operational lives and, to date, there is not yet an aircraft chosen to continue the task of instructing the cadets at the Brazilian Air Force Academy (AFA). Therefore, this work aims to propose to the Brazilian Air Force, a new aircraft that meets the requirements raised with the operators. At the same time, an analysis of the aircraft fleet in the Latin American continent is carried out, in order to know which aircraft are used by these countries and to position us in the continent. Through a Feasibility Study it is possible to evaluate some models and aircraft available and in operation and to compare them with each other, aiming to surpass the T-25 in several parameters. It is likely that with the entry of the new instruction vector, a new scenario can be established for the change in the training system of the future military aviators.
