Bancada de armação de vigas tipo "I"

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo descrever a elaboração do projeto de um equipamento industrial, no âmbito do Trabalho de Graduação. O equipamento é uma bancada de armação de vigas em forma/tipo de "I" para posterior soldadura. Através deste projeto, pretende-se aplicar e desenvolver os conhecimentos adquiridos durante o curso de Engenharia Mecânica. O equipamento a dimensionar está sujeito a um carregamento dinâmico hidráulico, logo é necessário realizar dimensionamento da estrutura e sistema hidráulico, bem como seleção de componentes, sem esquecer as normas aplicáveis, utilizando a ferramenta de elementos finitos para análise estrutural.

Abstract: The present report aims to detail the drafting of an industrial equipment project as Graduation Work. The equipment is a frame workbench of beams in "I" format/type to subsequent weld. From this project, it intends to apply and develop the knowledge acquired during the Mechanical Engineering course. The equipment to be measured is subject to a hydraulic dynamic charging; hence it will be needed to realize the measurement of the structure and the hydraulic system, and to select components, without to forget applicable standards, without forgetting the applicable standards, using the finite element tool for structural analysis.
