Eco-roça : núcleo experimental caipira, um resgate da tradição

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho trata da idealização do projeto de um núcleo experimental habitacional, de cunho voltado para a temática da sustentabilidade e resgate da tradição caipira da região, e sua implantação no bairro rural do Pinheirinho, na cidade de Taubaté, no estado de São Paulo. O objetivo deste projeto é a ressignificação cultural do ser caipira e sua roça, através de um núcleo experimental habitacional autossustentável, com atividades de comércio de seus produtos, cursos e visitações públicas para as festas populares, como tentativa de valorizar as tradições regionais em toda sua grandiosidade, seja no folclore, na música, na dança, nas comidas típicas, enfim, no mundo de significados e sentido que revela em seus usos e costumes. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica conceitual sobre sustentabilidade, eco educação e arquiteturas sustentáveis, buscando aplicar neste projeto estes ensinamentos e buscando nas construções inserir concepções básicas da arquitetura bioclimática, orgânica e biomimética, com inspiração em alguns projetos apresentados neste trabalho. Os resultados obtidos foram o entendimento da arquitetura sustentável como uma ferramenta obrigatória do arquiteto e a criação do projeto Eco Roça: Núcleo Habitacional Experimental de Resgate da Tradição Caipira que caracterizou-se como produto desta percepção. Conclui-se que é urgente a necessidade da formação de arquitetos que compreendam seu engajamento profissional com a criação arquitetônica, não como um mero fazer, mas sim, pensar no como, porque, onde e para quem construir. E já que o planeta Terra sobreviverá sem a presença do homem, por que não tentar ainda sobreviver por aqui de forma mais harmoniosa com a natureza e proporcionando condições sustentáveis de vida para todos? Como bem disse o arquiteto espanhol, estudioso da arquitetura genética, em seus estudos de arquitetura genética: "Una casa no és uma caja." (ESTÉVEZ, 2006).

Abstract: This work deals with the idealization of the project of an experimental housing nucleus, focused on the theme of sustainability and rescue of the rustic tradition of the region, and its implementation in the rural neighborhood of Pinheirinho, in the city of Taubaté, state of São Paulo. The objective of this project is the cultural redefinition of the rustic being and its field, through a self-sustaining experimental housing nucleus, with activities of trade of its products, courses and public visits for the traditional and popular festivals, as an attempt to value the regional traditions throughout grandeur, whether in folklore, music, dance, typical foods, in short, in the world of meanings and meaning that reveals in their uses and customs. The methodology used was the conceptual bibliographical research on sustainability, eco education and sustainable architectures, seeking to apply these teachings in this project and seeking in the constructions to insert basic concepts of bioclimatic, organic and biomimetic architecture, inspired by some projects presented in this work. The results obtained were the understanding of sustainable architecture as an obligatory tool of the architect and the creation of the Eco Roça project: Experimental Housing Rescue Center of Tradition "Read Neck" that was characterized as a product of this perception. It is concluded that there is an urgent need for the formation of architects who understand their professional engagement with architectural creation, not as a mere doing, but to think about how, why, where and for whom to build. And since planet Earth will survive without the presence of man, why not try to survive here more harmoniously with nature and providing sustainable living conditions for all. As the Spanish architect, a scholar of genetic architecture, said in his studies of genetic architecture: "A house is not a box." (ESTÉVEZ, 2006)
