Centro de Convivência do idoso

Abstract

Resumo: Diante do crescimento da expectativa de vida e da falta de apoio que grande parcela da população idosa, principalmente de baixa renda necessita, o tema deste trabalho vem trazer um Centro de Apoio para a terceira idade, visto as dificuldades e os problemas enfrentados em decorrer da aposentadoria ou da falta de recursos que a própria gera, assim como cuidados psicológicos, de saúde e também a ocupação do tempo, que acaba se tornando uma tarefa em certa posição difícil, pois com a aposentadoria o tempo livre é muito maior, e com muito tempo livre em muitos casos os idosos acabam sendo condenados a solidão e a partir disso, surgem problemas maiores como a depressão ou até mesmo problemas de saúde. Então o objetivo é criar um centro de referência para a terceira idade para garantir ao público-alvo qualidade de vida inclusão ao ambiente urbano e a própria sociedade, por meio de um projeto arquitetônico onde tal englobará diversos aspectos que vão desde amparo psicológico, saúde ou até mesmo de convivência. O estudo é composto de conhecimentos históricos e normas onde passamos por nomes importantes em que se diz respeito à terceira idade, como Papaléo Netto(1996), estatuto do idoso(2017), Guia Global cidade amiga do idoso OMS (2008) e guia de orientações técnicas CCI - SP(2014). O estudo é composto de um Panorama na questão social do idoso no Brasil unido com as normas e referências para posteriormente a busca de referências projetuais pertinentes ao tema e mediante a todos os dados coletados.

Abstract: On the growth of life expectancy and the lack of support that large portion of the population, especially low-income elderly need, the theme of this work is to bring a support center for seniors, seen the difficulties and problems faced in course of the retirement or the lack of resources that generates, as well as psychological, health care and also the occupation of time, who becomes a task in a difficult position, because with the retirement the spare time is much larger, and with very free time in many cases the elderly end up being doomed to loneliness and from this, there are larger problems like depression or even health problems. So the goal is to create a center of reference for senior citizens to ensure the audience quality of life include the urban environment and society itself, through an architectural design where such aspects are covered ranging from psychological support, health or even coexistence. The study is composed of historical knowledge and standards we passed by important names in which concerns the third age, as Papaléo Netto (1996), statute of the elderly (2017), Global City Guide friend of the elderly who (2008) and technical guidance guide CCI SP (2014). The study consists of an overview on social issues of the elderly in Brazil together with the rules and references for later searching for project references pertinent to the topic and by all the data collected.
