Análise da aplicação da plataforma digital na melhoria da qualidade da avaliação discente

Abstract

Resumo: Esta monografia se refere a análise da aplicação da Plataforma Digital na melhoria da qualidade da avaliação discente, e tem por objetivo tabular na matriz QFD as características da qualidade exigida pelo cliente, extrair os dados dos requisitos do projeto e requisitos da instituição, e avaliar no teste de hipótese o comportamento referente a redução do índice de rejeição. A análise partiu dos dados de 184 deficiências em 1402 amostras de avaliações discentes evoluindo para 49 deficiências em 1390 amostras. O índice de rejeição reduziu de 13,1% para 3,5%, e o rendimento final atingiu 96,4%. No teste de hipótese o limite superior de confiança está contido no intervalo de confiança, logo a condição de que são diferentes, ganha força no sentido de que com 95% de confiança aceitar a hipótese nula. O nível sigma corresponde a 1,22 e o tamanho da amostra de 192 observações. Da correlação na matriz QFD a média atual dos índices referente aos requisitos do projeto evoluiu de 4,52 para 7,62, e a média atual dos índices dos requisitos da instituição evoluíram de 2,26 para 3,49, demonstrando haver ainda espaço para adaptações e melhorias futuras.

Abstract: This monograph refers to analysis of the application of the Digital Platform on improving the quality of student assessment, and has the objective of QFD matrix relating quality features required by the client, extract the data of project requirements and requirements of institution, and evaluate the hypothesis testing the behavior for the reduction of the rate of rejection. The analysis left 184 data deficiencies in 1402 samples of reviews students evolving into 49 deficiencies in 1390 samples. The index reduced from 13.1% rejection to 3.5%, and the final yield reached 96.4%. In hypothesis testing the upper limit of confidence is contained in the confidence interval, so the condition that are different in the sense that gains momentum with 95% confidence accept the null hypothesis. The sigma level corresponds to 1.22 and the sample size of 192 comments. QFD matrix correlation current average of the indexes for the requirements of the project evolved from 4.52 to 7.62, and the current average of the indices of the requirements of the institution evolved from 2.26 to 3.49, demonstrating there is still space for future improvements and adaptations.
