Certificação segundo NBR ISO 9001:2015 em uma indústria química

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho tem como objetivo evidenciar todos os desafios de uma implantação da NBR ISO 9001:2015 com obtenção da certificação em uma indústria química. Para obter a certificação ISO 9001, é necessário realizar a implementação primeiro do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade para a consequência auditoria externa. A implementação consiste na adequação de processos aos moldes necessários para se atingir a certificação ISO 9001. Para conquistar os resultados desejados, primeiramente foi à criação de um grupo dentro da Organização voltado para a implementação e manutenção do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ). A metodologia utilizada foi baseada na própria norma. A analise dos processos organizacionais com os respectivos procedimentos, instruções de trabalho requerido e todos os documentos necessários para assegurar o planejamento, a operação e o controle eficazes dos processos da organização. Todo este estudo teve duração de 2 anos com resultado final a conquista da certificação ISO 9001:2015. Podemos destacar ainda outros benefícios obtidos com o processo de certificação: grande oportunidade para impulsionar a imagem da organização; aumento da satisfação dos clientes; mudança de foco da correção para a prevenção; mobilização em torno de um objetivo comum; e redução de desperdícios e custos.

Abstract: This work aims to highlight all the challenges of a NBR ISO 9001: 2015 implementation with certification in a chemical industry. To obtain ISO 9001 certification, it is necessary to carry out the first implementation of the Quality Management System for the external audit consequence. The implementation consists in the adaptation of processes to the molds required to achieve ISO 9001 certification. To achieve the desired results, first was the creation of a group within the Organization focused on the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). The methodology used was based on the standard itself. The analysis of the organizational processes with the respective procedures, instructions of work required and all the documents necessary to ensure the effective planning, operation and control of the processes of the organization. All of this study lasted 2 years with the final result achieving ISO 9001: 2015 certification. We can also highlight other benefits obtained with the certification process: great opportunity to boost the image of the organization; increased customer satisfaction; change of focus from correction to prevention; mobilization around a common goal; and reduction of waste and costs.
