Índice de desempenho por metas alcançadas em PCP para a redução de sucata na indústria de soluções em aço

Abstract

Resumo: O PPCP é uma estratégia de manufatura, aplicada no contexto em que todas indústrias tem a necessidade de planejar e administrar a produção. Com eficácia, não haverá atrasos nas entregas e os clientes satisfeitos, criando uma imagem positiva da empresa e levando à expansão de mercado. Quanto a estrutura organizada, é interessante que os indicadores estejam alinhados com os objetivos de desempenho, de forma a trazerem a produção e o PPCP mais próximos da estratégia. Com isso, podemos ter alguns indicadores para cada objetivo com maior alinhamento estratégico. Utilizando ferramentas apropriadas, esses indicadores podem ser desdobrados de forma a permitirem a ação. Neste trabalho pretende-se sugerir que, através do PPCP e suas técnicas adequadas, observar a empresa como um todo e após a absorção das informações geradas a aplicação de melhorias à partir do que foi identificado. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo, demonstrar o papel e a importância da aplicação de ferramentas de qualidade no PPCP, afim de alcançar metas arrojadas no chão de fábrica com disciplina e coerência. A metodologia escolhida para a realização dos procedimentos foi o PPCP (Planejamento, Programação e Controle da Produção) como ferramenta para vincular-se estratégia e eficiência em ambiente fabril. Após a aplicação do PPCP, foi possível obter resultados que mostraram maior controle e garantia de que todos os recursos funcionem corretamente com reduções de custos, qualidade e Produtividade.

Abstract: PPCP is a manufacturing strategy, applied in the context in which all industries have the need to plan and manage production. Effectively, there will be delays in deliveries and satisfied customers, creating a positive image of the company and leading to market expansion. As for the organized structure, it is interesting that the indicators are aligned with the performance objectives, in order to bring production and PPCP closer to the strategy. With this, we can have some indicators for each goal with greater strategic alignment. Using appropriate tools, these indicators can be deployed to allow action. In this work we intend to suggest that, through PPCP and its appropriate techniques, observe the company as a whole and after absorbing the information generated the application of improvements from what has been identified. This paper aims to demonstrate the role and importance of the application of quality tools in PPCP, in order to achieve bold goals on the shop floor with discipline and consistency. The methodology chosen for carrying out the procedures was PPCP (Planning, Programming and Production Control) as a tool to link strategy and efficiency in the manufacturing environment. After the implementation of the PPCP, it was possible to obtain results that showed greater control and guarantee that all the resources work correctly with reductions of costs, quality and Productivity.
