Análise dos impactos ambientais ao longo da maior rodovia brasileira - BR-116

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa intitulada "Análise dos impactos ambientais ao longo da maior rodovia brasileira - BR-116" tem por objetivo geral identificar os impactos ambientais causados pela construção da rodovia desde o Nordeste até o Sul do país, considerando as seguintes dimensões: a) os estudos sobre impactos ambientais em diferentes trechos da rodovia BR-116 (EIA); b) os seguintes trechos da BR-116: Via Serrana, Régis Bittencourt, Presidente Dutra, Rio-Teresópolis, Rio-Bahia e Santos Dumont; c) as diferentes legislações vigentes que regulamentam cada trecho. A metodologia adotada será a análise documental e revisão bibliográfica com uma abordagem qualitativa. Antes da resolução CONAMA 001/86 que instituiu a obrigação de se realizar o EIA/RIMA, a lei previa somente uma Avaliação do Impacto Ambiental (AIA), assim os resultados desta pesquisa mostram-se inconclusivos por falta de dados suficientes para a análise adequada ao qual este se propunha. Não é possível realizar qualquer atividade mesmo com todo o controle e cuidado sem gerar impactos ambientais. O detalhe está em aumentar os impactos positivos e diminuir os impactos negativos ao máximo para que a obra seja no mínimo viável em todas as esferas e não somente na econômica.

Abstract: This research entitled "Analysis of environmental impacts along the largest Brazilian highway - BR-116" has the general objective of identifying the environmental impacts caused by the construction of the highway from the Northeast to the South of the country, considering the following dimensions: a) studies on environmental impacts in different stretches of the BR-116 highway (EIA); b) the following sections of the BR116: Via Serrana, Régis Bittencourt, Presidente Dutra, Rio-Teresópolis, Rio-Bahia and Santos Dumont; c) the different laws in force that regulate each stretch. The adopted methodology will be the documental analysis and bibliographic review with a qualitative approach. Prior to CONAMA resolution 001/86, which instituted the obligation to carry out the EIA / RIMA, the law only provided for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), so the results of this research are inconclusive due to the lack of sufficient data for proper analysis. to which he proposed. It is not possible to carry out any activity even with all the control and care without generating environmental impacts. The detail is in increasing the positive impacts and reducing the negative impacts to the maximum so that the work is at least viable in all spheres and not only in the economic one.
