O processo de individuação na psicologia analítica : uma jornada natural ou voluntária?

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho busca responder, através do olhar da Psicologia Analítica de Carl Gustav Jung, primeiramente, o que é e como se dá o processo de individuação; e, em seguida, compreender se a individuação é um processo que ocorre naturalmente ou através da vontade do indivíduo. Por fim, almeja-se entender se a individuação é influenciada pela cultura ou não. Utilizando-se como metodologia a revisão integrativa da leitura das obras completas de C. G. Jung (excetuando-se suas cartas), traduzidas e publicadas no Brasil, somado aos escritos dos neo-junguianos traduzidos e publicadas no Brasil sobre o tema individuação. Sendo que os conteúdos colhidos na literatura foram selecionados através da busca pela palavra "individuação" em seus escritos, colhendo as informações através da leitura dos capítulos que nele haviam alguma citação direta do termo, analisando-as de forma a estruturar e responder as perguntas do objetivo de forma sintetizada e coesa. Resultando em um amplo arcabouço teórico, facilitador na resolução das questões propostas, que compreenderam a individuação como uma longa e árdua jornada em busca do self, demandando a vontade do sujeito para se concretizar, apesar de, concomitantemente, ser um processo natural da psique humana, intimamente dependente da cultura em que se está inserido,podendo ou não impulsionaro sujeito a diferenciação do coletivo e a autorrealização, em outras palavras – a individuação. Em suma, conclui-se que o atual trabalho conseguiu de forma satisfatória responder as questões propostas, ampliando o olhar sobre a individuação e seus processos.

Abstract: The present work attempts to respond, through the look of Analytical Psychology of the Carl Gustav Jung, at first, what is and how the process of the individuation happens; and then understand if the individuation is a process that happens naturally or through individual’s will. Finally, it aims to understand if the individuation is influenced by the culture or not. The methodology was based on the integrative review of the complete work literature of the C. G. Jung (except your cards), translated and published in Brazil, added to the neo-Jungians’translated and published in Brazil about on the subject of individuation. Being that the collected contents in the literature were selected through the search for the word "individuation" in his writings, that gathering information through reading the chapters that there was some quote in it direct term, analyzing them in order to structure and respond the objective questions in a synthesized and cohesive way. Resulting in a broad theoretical framework, facilitator in solving the proposed questions, that understood the individuation is a long and tough journey in self’s search, demanding the subject’s will to materialize, despite, concomitantly, be a natural process of the human’s psyche, closely dependent of the culture we are inserted, whether or not propel the subject to the collective’s differentiation and the self-realization, in other words – the individuation. In short, it is concluded that the current work managed to satisfactorily answer the proposed questions, expanding the view on individuation and its processes.
