A utilização de treliças na construção civil

Abstract

Resumo: Um dos principais elementos estruturais existentes na construção civil é a treliça. Essa estrutura triangular começou a ser utilizada na construção civil no final do século XVIII e desde então vêm ocupando cada vez mais espaço nas edificações ao redor do mundo. Por existirem em diversos formatos, além de poderem representar custos financeiros e temporais menores em uma obra, as treliças são empregadas em diversos ramos da construção civil, desde estrutura de telhados (na forma de tesouras), suporte pavimentos (como suporte de mezaninos) em pequenas constru ções residenciais, até utilização em grandes obras de engenharia, como construção de pontes, viadutos e estádios de futebol. Analisou-se o emprego de treliças na exe cução da cobertura da arena Allianz Parque, notando-se sua função estrutural e estética.

Abstract: One of the main structural elements in civil construction is the truss. This triangular structure started to be used in civil construction at the end of the 18th century and since then it has been occupying more and more space in buildings around the world. Because they exist in different formats, in addition to representing lower financial and time costs in a work, trusses are used in several branches of civil construction, from roof structure (in the form of scissors), support floors (as support for mezzanines) in small residential constructions, until use in major engineering works, such as the construction of bridges, viaducts and football stadiums. The use of trusses in the execution of the coverage of the Allianz Parque arena was analyzed, noting its structural and aesthetic function.
