Gestão humanizada aplicada ao contexto hospitalar : proposição e bibliometria de um portfólio bibliográfico

Abstract

Resumo: Atualmente, o conceito de humanização hospitalar vem tomando lugar de destaque. A busca pela valorização do ser humano como pessoa dentro do ambiente hospitalar, do paciente ao funcionário, já se tornou pauta para criação e implementação de programas e políticas de humanização estabelecidos pelo governo. Porém, mesmo com a prática de tais políticas, e observando a evolução histórico-social do hospital, nota-se que o complexo hospitalar ainda carece de medidas administrativas mais humanas, que possam refletir positivamente na satisfação de seus usuários. Desta forma, o presente trabalho objetivou compreender como estão os estudos relacionados a gestão hospitalar humanizada publicados pela comunidade acadêmico-científica. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão de literatura com análise bibliométrica, seguindo as proposições do instrumento de intervenção ProKnow-C, que gerou um portfólio final com 5 trabalhos publicados entre os anos de 2015 a 2020. A pesquisa revelou que existe uma lacuna de estudos publicados em relação a esta temática, evidenciando um nicho de pesquisa a ser explorado, cujo tema mostra-se atual e necessário, e carece de aprofundamento e discussões técnicas pela comunidade científica.

Abstract: The concept of hospital humanization has been highlighted currently. The search for the valorization of the human being as a person within the hospital environment, from the patient to the employee, has become an agenda for the creation and implementation of programs and projects of humanization stablished by the government. However, even with the practice of such policies, and observing the social-historic evolution of the hospital, it is seen that the hospital complex still lack humane administrative measures that can reflect positively in the satisfaction of its users. This way, this paper aimed to comprehend how the studies related to humane hospital management are. For this purpose, a literature review was carried out with a bibliometrical analysis, following the propositions from the intervention instrument ProKnow-C, that generated a final portfolium with five papers published between 2015 and 2020. The research revealed that there is a gap of published studies in relation to this issue, highlighting a research niche that can be explored, whose theme turns out to be current and necessary, and lacks deepening and technical discussion by the scientific community.
