Análise da utilização de técnicas e ferramentas na administração da engenharia

Abstract

Resumo: A metodologia Seis Sigma é uma iniciativa adotada atualmente por muitas empresas com o intuito de diminuir os custos organizacionais, aumentar significativamente a qualidade e a produtividade dos produtos e serviços, ter acréscimo e retenção de clientes, eliminação de atividades que não agregam valor entre outras mudanças significativas. Mas para que isso ocorra é necessária uma mudança na cultura da empresa, que haja um envolvimento e comprometimento da alta administração, priorização e seleção de projeto, foco no cliente e principalmente a colaboração de todos os envolvidos no processo a ser melhorado. Para implementação do Seis Sigma na empresa é necessário a aplicação de diversas técnicas e ferramentas umas delas é o DMAIC (Definir, Medir, Analisar, Melhorar e Controlar) o qual auxilia na definição do problema, mensura e investiga as relações de causa e efeito, analisa os dados e o mapeamento, melhora e otimiza o processo e controlar o futuro estado de processo obtendo de forma rápida e exponencial, elevar o desempenho financeiro e qualitativo de uma empresa.

Abstract: The Six Sigma methodology is an initiative currently adopted by many companies with the intent to reduce the organizational costs, significantly increase the quality and productivity of products and services, increase the number of customers and retain them, eliminate activities that don’t add value among other significant changes. But for it to take place it is necessary to change the culture of the company, and to have an involvement and compromise from the high management, prioritization and selection of the project, focusing on customers and principally the collaboration of all the people involved in the process which needs to be improved. For the implementation of Six Sigma in the company it is necessary to apply different techniques and tools one of them is DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) which helps to define the problem, measure and investigate the relation between cause and effect, analyses the dates and the mapping, improve and o optimize the process and control the future status of the process getting to raise the financial and qualitative performance of the company rapidly and exponentially.
