As cartas anônimas na obra o Pássaro da escuridão, de Eugênia Sereno

Abstract

Resumo: O tema deste trabalho é a obra O pássaro da escuridão, de Eugênia Sereno. Como recorte, trataremos de um dos símbolos eugenianos: as cartas anônimas, na obra. Como pergunta de pesquisa, temos: qual a contribuição das cartas para a construção da efabulação da obra? Este trabalho acadêmico tem por objetivos: 1) apresentar a autora e seu tempo; 2) apresentar a epistolografia como recurso literário e apresentar o narrador; 3) analisar a função das cartas na referida obra. Este trabalho se justifica por recolocar em circulação a obra da importante escritora, uma vez que, embora seja uma obra de qualidade, não entrou para aquilo que se chama o cânone literário brasileiro. Também se justifica por elucidar aspectos da obra e por contribuir com estudantes do ensino médio e universitário, no sentido da apresentação da autora e do contexto de produção da sua obra. Como embasamento teórico, faremos o aproveitamento de autores como Candido (1984), Sêda e Gabriel (2010), Pimentel (1966), etc. A metodologia empregada será a da pesquisa bibliográfica de viés qualitativo. Como resultados, temos que, ao fazer o aproveitamento de cartas na narrativa, criam-se novos narradores, antecipam-se ações do enredo, cria-se a consciência da personagem.

Abstract: The following report is about the Eugênia Sereno's work, O pássaro da escuridão. As a cutout, we'll see about one of the eugenian's symbols: the anonymous letters. As for the research question, we ask the following: what is the contribution of the letter to the work's framing? This academic work has as its goals: 1) present the author and her time; 2) the epistolography as a literary resource; 3) analyze the function of the letters in the writings. This is justified by putting back the work of the important writer, although it is of quality, it did not enter into what is called the "Brazilian literary canon." It is also justified for elucidating aspects of the work and for contributing high school and university students, in the sense of the author's presentation and the production context. As a theoretical basis, we will take advantage of other authors writings such as Candido (1984), Sêda e Gabriel (2010), Pimentel (1966) and others. The methodology used will be bibliographical research in qualitative form. As the results, we'll have that by making the use of letters in the narrative, new narrators are created, actions of the plot are anticipated, the consciousness of the character is created.
