As vantagens de aprender um segundo idioma durante a infância

Abstract

Resumo: O tema da presente monografia são as vantagens de aprender um segundo idioma durante a infância. Esta pesquisa é de cunho bibliográfico que se insere na área de ensino-aprendizagem da Língua Inglesa e tem como objetivo discutir conceitos referentes à aquisição de habilidades sociolinguísticas. Para tanto, serão trazidas para discussão teorias sobre ensino-aprendizagem, educação, a formação do aparelho fonador, aquisição de conhecimentos linguísticos, conceitos neurológicos, estudos relacionados à neuroaprendizagem, mitos populares inseridos em nossas sociedade, formação de professor, papel de instituições educativas, estudo sobre a educação brasileira, recortes históricos do século passado e, por fim, o papel do professor de Línguas. Temos por justificativa contribuir na formação de docentes, ao discutir estudos teóricos e conceitos relevantes para a formação de um professor de linguagens. A metodologia aplicada está pautada em estudos bibliográficos de teóricos como: LEITE (2013), GOLDEMBERG (1993), BETELI (2006), BASTOS (2017), ARANHA (2006) E AMARO (2006). Como resultado temos a comprovação, por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica, de que as vantagens são reais.

Abstract: The theme of this monograph is the advantages of learning a second language during childhood. This is a bibliographic research which falls within the English language teaching-learning area. The aims are about to discuss concepts related to the acquisition of sociolinguistic skills. For this purpose, theories about teaching-learning, education, the formation of the speaking apparatus, acquisition of linguistic knowledge, neurological concepts, studies related to neuro-learning, popular myths inserted in our society, teacher training, the purpose of educational institutions, studies about Brazilian education, historical excerpts from the last century and, finally, the function of the Language Teacher at school. Our justification is to contribute to the degree of teachers, by discussing theoretical studies and concepts relevant to the degree of a language teacher. The applied methodology is based on bibliographic studies by theorists such as: LEITE (2013), GOLDEMBERG (1993), BETELI (2006), BASTOS (2017), ARANHA (2006) and AMARO (2006). As a result, we have the proof, through bibliographic research, that the advantages are real.
