Estudo da cadeia produtiva do pescado da colônia dos pescadores de São Miguel do Tocantins Bela Vista (TO)

Abstract

Resumo: A cadeia produtiva do pescado abarca todas as atividades intrinsecamente ligadas à atividade pesqueira, desde os aspectos que envolvem a produção, manutenção de equipamentos, financiamentos e beneficiamento, até a comercialização. Nesse contexto, desenvolve-se o estudo de caso apresentado nesta pesquisa, que tem como escopo a investigação acerca da Colônia de Pescadores Z-23, com sede em Bela Vista, no Município de São Miguel do Tocantins. Percebeu-se a necessidade de caracterizar os instrumentos com os quais essa atividade se desenvolve, os métodos e as técnicas de gestão utilizadas, assim como os impactos nos indicadores de sustentabilidade utilizados para a realização da pesca. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos, a metodologia utilizada seguiu o delineamento da pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, baseada na apreensão e análise dos dados disponibilizados em atas da Associação, notas de produção pesqueira, dentre outros documentos. Os resultados desta investigação revelam que após a implantação da referida Colônia, ao longo dos anos de 2010 e 2011, houve um encaminhamento para a formação de uma estruturação sólida, no intuito de que a Associação de Pescadores se organizasse de forma tal que pudesse viabilizar políticas públicas voltadas para a cadeia produtiva do pescado, respeitando os critérios de sustentabilidade. Esse fato comprova os benefícios da Associação para os seus associados, já que em 2012 a arrecadação do pescado superou-se, tornando-se expressiva no cenário socioeconômico local, favorecendo economicamente os pescadores sem desrespeitar o meio ambiente, face ao cumprimento das formalidades exigidas pelos órgãos governamentais voltados à pesca, bem como no preenchimento da documentação que contabiliza a produção anual.

Abstract: The productive chain of the catch comprises all the intrinsically connected activities to this activity, since the aspects that involve the output, maintenance of equipment, financing and beneficiation up to commercialization. In that context, developed the case study presented in this researches, that has like purpose the inquiry about the colony of fishermen Z-23 with headquarters in Bela Vista in the Town of São Miguel do Tocantins. since was perceived the need of be characterized the instruments with that that activity develops, the approaches and techniques of management utilized, as well as the impacts in the indicative of sustainability utilized for the achievement of the fishing. For it achieve the objectives proposed the methodology utilized follows the delineation of the bibliographical and documentary research, based in the apprehension and analysis of the facts disposed in minutes of the association, notes of fishing output, among others documents. The results of this inquiry reveal that after implementation of the referred colony of fishermen – to the long one of the years of 2010 and 2011 – there was a direction for the formation of a solid structuring, in the design of that that Fishermen Association was organized of form such that can make feasible public politics come back for the productive chain of the catch, however respecting the criteria of sustainability. This fact verifies, the benefits of the association for his participants is that in the year of 2012, the collection of the catch super-itself, becoming expressive in the local socioeconomic setting, favoring economically the fishermen without disregard the environment, face to the fulfillment of the formalities required by the governmental organs come back to the fishing, as well like, in the filling of the documentation that accounts the annual output.
