Ruy Barbosa : histórico do edifício caçapavense. De Grupo Escolar a Centro Cultural

Abstract

Resumo: A presente pesquisa tem a intenção de valorização do patrimônio do edifício "Grupo Escolar Ruy Barbosa" da cidade de Caçapava, SP analisa a trajetória desde a sua construção até o presente momento de 2019, baseia-se em documentos e dados fornecidos em obras publicadas e acesso na Secretaria Cultural do município. No intuito, por ter atuado no edifício como aluna e cidadã do município, nutro um sentimento afetivo de gratidão e de orgulho por ter recebido os primeiros ensinamentos de minha escolarização... Realizo esta pesquisa de campo bibliográfica e documental qualitativa, de estudos do edifício tombado pelo CONDEPHAAT- Conselho de Defesa do Patrimônio Histórico, Artístico, Arqueológico e Turístico do Estado de São Paulo reconhecendo o planejamento de transição do edifício como ponto turístico da cidade, proporcionando cultura para o município e valorizando um prédio precioso que marcou na área da educação, por gozar de uma história rica construída na era Republicana que homenageou Ruy Barbosa, escolhendo-o como patrono do grupo escolar. O edifício conhecido pela atuação na escolarização, aos 111 anos de construção passa a ser conhecido como Centro Cultural, atraindo para o município de Caçapava, cultura, arte e música para a população gozar de um patrimônio reconhecido em seu valor arquitetônico e histórico.

Abstract: The current research intends to enhance the heritage of the Ruy Barbosa School Group Building in Caçapava city, SP, analyzing the trajectory from the construction until the present moment of 2019, it is based on documents and data provided in published works and access to the Cultural Secretariat of the municipality. My efforts in the elaboration of this research are linked to my personal history once I'm a citizen of Caçapava and an old student of the Ruy Barbosa School Group, keeping a feeling of gratitude and pride for had received the first teachings of my schooling there. I conduct this qualitative bibliographic and documentary field research, studies of the building protected by the CONDEPHAAT- Council of Defense of the Historical, Artistic, Archaeological and Tourist Heritage of the State of São Paulo, recognizing the transition planning of the building as a tourist point of the city, providing culture. to the municipality and valuing a precious building that marked in the area of education, for enjoying a rich history built in the Republican era that honored Ruy Barbosa, choosing him as patron of the school group. The building known for its schooling performance, at 111 years of construction, is now known as the Cultural Center, attracting to the city of Caçapava, culture, art and music for the population to enjoy a heritage recognized in its architectural and historical value.
