Vivências emocionais na gravidez : estudo de caso sobre uma mãe gestante pela segunda vez

Abstract

Resumo: Esse trabalho refere-se à compreensão das vivências emocionais na gravidez, sendo um estudo de caso sobre uma mãe gestante pela segunda vez. Foi explorado quais são as possíveis manifestações emocionais de uma mulher que vivencia a vinda do segundo filho, assim buscando investigar as manifestações emocionais, a verificação de uma possível rede social e apoio social, a compreensão da autoestima e subsidiar possíveis intervenções relacionadas a mulheres em sua segunda gravidez. A pesquisa tem como base a abordagem qualitativa, considerada como um estudo de caso único. Para a compreensão dos dados analisados foram utilizados três instrumentos, sendo eles: Questionário Sociodemográfico, Entrevista Semiestruturada e Escala de Autoestima de Rosemberg (EAR). Verificou-se frente aos resultados das manifestações emocionais as características de culpa, acolhimento, compreensão e a satisfação. Diante dos resultados sobre a autoestima, notou-se o acolhimento e a rejeição. Referente a rede social e apoio social, foi identificado as características de culpa e rejeição. Pontuando as três categorias, sendo elas apoio e rede social, autoestima e as manifestações emocionais, identificou-se a semelhança entre os sentimentos de satisfação e de compreensão diante do momento vivido, que impactaram diretamente na forma como a gestante vivencia sua segunda gravidez. Diante dos dados colhidos, viu-se a necessidade de subsidiar possíveis intervenções relacionadas a mulheres em sua segunda gestação, em busca da sua qualidade de vida frente aos conflitos que esse momento pode manifestar.

Abstract: This work refers to the understanding of emotional experiences in pregnancy, being a case study about a pregnant mother for the second time. It was explored what are the possible emotional manifestations of a woman who experiences the coming of the second child, seeking to investigate the emotional manifestations, the verification of a possible social network and social support, the understanding of self-esteem and to support possible alternatives related to women in their second pregnancy. The research is based on a qualitative approach, considered as a single case study. To understand the collected data, three instruments were used: Sociodemographic Questionnaire, Semistructured Interview and Rosemberg's Self-Esteem Scale. Regarding the results, it was possible to verify in the emotional manifestations characteristics of guilt, acceptance, understanding and satisfaction. in view of the results on self-esteem, acceptance and rejection can be noted. Regarding social network and social support, identified as characteristics of guilt and rejection. Scoring the three categories, being support and social network, self-esteem and emotional manifestations, the similarity between feelings of satisfaction and understanding in the face of the moment was identified, which directly impacted the way the pregnant woman experiences her second pregnancy. in view of the data collected, there was a need for alternative subsidies to women in their second pregnancy, in search of their quality of life in the face of the conflicts that this moment may manifest.
