A submissão das mulheres vítimas de seus parceiros = um estudo bibliográfico

Abstract

Resumo: Dentre as modalidades de violência ocorridas em tempos atuais, um dos tipos com maior incidência é a violência doméstica, e mais especificamente a violência entre parceiros íntimos ou ex-parceiros. Mulheres que são submissas por seus parceiros sofrem diante da situação. Este estudo pretende analisar a produção científica publicada entre os anos de 2014 a 2019, com materiais indexados no Portal de Periódicos da Capes. Os estudos foram avaliados quanto aos aspectos metodológicos e temáticas relacionadas à violência. No método utilizou-se um instrumento conhecido como Proknow-c que tem como objetivo de construir conhecimento do pesquisador a respeito de um tema específico que este esteja estudando, ou seja, com intuito de analisar detalhadamente a pesquisa para construção do portfólio do pesquisador e neste instrumento consiste na análise bibliométrica, sistemática e o pesquisador conhece o estado da arte através dos objetivos. Realizou-se a análise bibliométrica e análise sistêmica para compreender os dados levantados e identificar as lacunas existentes no Microsoft Office Excel. Foi possível compreender neste estudo o modo como ocorre à violência doméstica contra mulheres vitimizadas por seus parceiros, partindo para uma análise dos tipos de violência contra mulheres, como se recorre à lei Maria da Penha, compreendendo de tal maneira quais são as consequências e atuação do atendimento multidisciplinar. Através da pesquisa realizada conclui-se a possibilidade que os motivos desencadeadores da violência começaram através da cultura do patriarcado, abranger através dos objetivos.

Abstract: Among the types of violence that occur in current times, one of the types with the highest incidence is domestic violence, and more specifically violence between intimate partners or former partners. Women who are submissive to their partners suffer from the situation. This study aims to analyze the scientific production published between 2014 and 2019, with materials indexed in the Capes Journal Portal. Studies were evaluated for methodological and thematic aspects related to violence. In the method we used an instrument known as Proknow-c that aims to build the researcher's knowledge about a specific subject that he is studying, that is, in order to analyze in detail the research to build the researcher's portfolio and in this The instrument consists of bibliometric, systematic analysis and the researcher knows the state of the art through the objectives. Bibliometric analysis and systemic analysis were performed to understand the data collected and identify the gaps in Microsoft Office Excel. It was possible to understand in this study the way domestic violence against women victimized by their partners occurs, starting from an analysis of the types of violence against women, how to use the Maria da Penha law, understanding in such a way what are the consequences and action of the multidisciplinary care. The research concludes the possibility that the triggering motives of violence began through the culture of patriarchy, encompassing through the objectives.
