O trabalho escravo contemporâneo : uma problemática atual

Abstract

Resumo: A pesquisa visa analisar o trabalho escravo no Brasil, que vem sendo uma problemática a ser enfrentada desde o século XV, mesmo após a abolição da escravidão, com a promulgação da Lei Áurea, assinada pela Princesa Isabel em 13 de maio de 1888. Lei esta que foi primeiro passo importante para uma grande mudança que se arrasta até os dias atuais, visto que, ainda hoje, mesmo com todas as mudanças, políticas públicas, leis, tratados e decretos ainda se encontram pessoas vivendo em condições de trabalho forçado. A Magna Carta, em conjunto com muitos outros institutos legais como leis, pactos, decretos, orientações e convenções assinadas, ratificadas e promulgadas que buscam a abolição da escravidão contemporânea, atualmente conhecido como "trabalho análogo ao escravo". Portanto, a essa altura cabe indagar-se como tal problemática pode ainda encontrar-se em nossa sociedade quando há tanta informação e a maioria absoluta luta por seus direitos básicos, sendo conhecedores destes, por que ainda existem pessoas que praticam essa ilegalidade e outras que se prestem ao papel de escravo, quando se é sabido que podem existir oportunidades muito melhores.

Abstract: This research aims to analise the slave labor in Brasil, which has been a problem to be faced since the XV century, even after the abolition of slavery , with the enactment of Lei Áurea, signed by Princess Isabel in may 13, 1888. This law was na important first step to a great changing that crawls till the present day, whereas, whitin today, even with all the changes, public policy, laws, treats and decress there are still people who lives in condictions of forced work. The Great Letter, in set with many otters legal instituts how laws, covenants, decres, orientations and conventions signed, ratified and promulgated that searchs the abolition of contemporany slavery, actually known as "sleave-like work". Therefore, in ths high fits to indgated how suc problem can still be find in our society when there is so many information and the absolute majrite fight for their base rights, being knolegeble of these, why still are people who practice this illegality and others that put themselves in the slave papper, when it’s well known that can be so much betters oportunities.
