Contribuição sindical e a reforma trabalhista : principais discussões e o futuro dos sindicatos

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como pauta, apresentar as principais alterações criadas pela Lei nº 13.467/2017, a lei da reforma trabalhista, com ênfase no que tange a contribuição sindical. Ao longo do estudo, será apresentado a evolução histórica sindical, o surgimento, principais objetivos, a importância do sindicato na relação capital x trabalho e, com relação à contribuição sindical em si, as principais alterações do tema, trazidas pela Lei nº13.467/17. Assim como, será feita uma abordagem quanto à estrutura sindical brasileira, o modelo adotado e seguido pelo nosso país, as principais contrariedades dentro do tema, e a apresentação de outros modelos contrários. Com as mudanças ocasionadas, a relação entre os empregados, sindicatos e empresas foi afetada, de forma que agora, cabe ao sindicato preparar-se para ressignificar sua principal fonte de renda, e desta forma, manter-se forte e atuante perante à classe trabalhadora defendida.

Abstract: The present work for the conclusion of the course aims to present the main changes created by Law No. 13,467 / 2017, the labor reform law, with an emphasis on the union contribution. Throughout the study, the union's historical evolution will be presented, as it emerged, its main objectives and the importance of the union in the capital x work relationship. As well, an approach will be made regarding the Brazilian union structure, the model adopted and followed by our country, the main setbacks within the theme, and the presentation of other contrary models. With the changes brought about, the relationship between employees, unions and companies were affected, so that it is now up to the union to prepare itself to reframe its main source of income, and in this way, remain strong and active before the defended working class.
